For disputes involving amounts under 50,000 SEK, parties agree to consider mediation or arbitration as an alternative to litigation.

If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. The invalid provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms and Conditions, together with our Privacy Policy and any separate service agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and Painttis.fi Ky regarding use of our website and services, superseding any prior agreements or understandings.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these terms or any rights hereunder without our prior written consent. We may assign our rights and obligations under these terms without restriction. Any attempted assignment in violation of this section is void.

Waiver

No waiver of any term or condition shall be deemed a continuing waiver or waiver of any other term. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
